Partners Personnel announced today that it acquired Chartwell Staffing in a deal aimed at expanding its geographic reach and enhancing its ability to offer a range of staffing services to clients and job seekers. Both Partners and Chartwell rank on SIA’s list of largest US industrial staffing firms — Partners at No. 12 and Chartwell at No. 22.

“We welcome the Chartwell team wholeheartedly into the Partners Personnel family,” Partners Personnel CEO Paul Sorensen said. “This strategic move aligns with our growth strategy and reaffirms our commitment to create a world-class staffing platform.”

Chartwell is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It has offices in California, Illinois, Nevada, New York, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

The deal closed earlier this summer. Chartwell was acquired from Staffinvest LLC.

“Joining forces with Partners Personnel is a remarkable opportunity,” Chartwell COO Jack Madden said. “We believe that this partnership will allow us to expand our capabilities and serve our clients and employees with even greater capabilities.”

Madden will remain for a transitionary period as advisor to the CEO.

Partners Personnel is based in Santa Barbara, California, and has offices across the US.
