Oxford Global Resources acquires firm specializing in staffing Workday professionals

November 29, 2022

Oxford Global Resources, an IT staffing provider based in Beverly, Massachusetts, acquired Hale International, a provider of Workday professionals to organizations across the US.

Founded in 2019, Hale International is based in New York.

“This partnership also allows Hale to further expand our presence across the USA as well as leverage Oxford’s knowledge and infrastructure to support our ambitious growth plans,” said Matthew Cox, CEO of Hale.

Cox and the entire Hale team are joining Oxford Global Resources in the deal. Hale International will operate as the Workday-focused division of Oxford Global.

Through the acquisition, Oxford Global has entered the Workday software ecosystem.

“Hale offers best-in-class solutions to its customers, and the partnership with Hale fits squarely within our strategy to expand Oxford’s capabilities in high-growth IT platforms,” said Rob McGuckin, CEO of Oxford Global.

Oxford Global was founded in 1984 and serves more than 2,200 customers across the US and Europe. The deal to acquire Hale is the first acquisition for Oxford Global since it was itself acquired by investment firm H.I.G. Capital in 2021.
