Careerminds Group Inc, a global outplacement services provider based in Wilmington, Delaware, acquired Premier Virtual, a Delray Beach, Florida-based multi-functional software-as-a-service platform designed to facilitate hiring. The acquisition enables Careerminds to offer enhanced user analytics and interactive elements such as chat one-on-one and video interviews directly through the platform.

Founded in 2019, Premier Virtual has powered approximately 7,000 virtual hiring events and helped more than 70,000 companies connect with more than 1 million job seekers.

With a focus on virtual job fairs and hybrid events, Premier Virtual’s in-depth analytics provide insights into user behavior, which can be exported to clients’ customer relationship management and applicant tracking systems, streamlining the hiring process and eliminating the friction of converting data into a new system.
