Open Systems Technologies hires CFO

Open Systems Technologies, a staffing firm headquartered in New York, hired Kevin Seltzer as CFO. The role is a new position within the firm.

Seltzer has more than 20 years of experience in financial and operational management. He most recently was a partner at B2B CFO, where he provided financial leadership to a variety of middle market companies. Prior to B2B CFO, Seltzer served in multiple senior finance positions for private equity firms, including AEA Investors LP and The Blackstone Group LP.

Open Systems Technologies is a privately owned, $300 million-plus company with 10 offices nationwide and about 250 internal employees.The firm provides contract, contract-to-hire and permanent placements for financial services, insurance, retail, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, government, offshore project staffing and payroll administration.
