Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson acquired Charleston Partners, an executive search and talent advisory firm targeting human resources and human capital professionals.

The transaction closed this month; terms were not disclosed.

Francis “Fran” Luisi, founding principal of Charleston Partners, will helm the Odgers Berndtson US HR practice as partner. He will relocate the business from Florida to New York and Houston, and it will transition to the Odgers Berndtson brand.
