Professional employer organization Oasis Outsourcing acquired DHR Services Holdings LLC and its subsidiaries. The acquisition further expands Oasis’ geographic footprint in the Western region of the US.

Headquartered in Tempe, Ariz., DHR provides HR, benefits, payroll, risk management and workers’ compensation services.

The transaction closed June 30; terms of the deal were not disclosed. Oasis Outsourcing will maintain the brand, and DHR CEO Jim Valenzuela, as well as other senior executives, will remain with the company.

Oasis Outsourcing and DHR both serve clients in numerous industries including hospitality, technology, engineering, education, property management and more. Oasis now serves more than 7,500 clients and 230,000 worksite employees nationwide.
