The FBI and DOJ say North Korean IT workers are taking remote jobs in the US in an effort by North Korea to fund its missile program, Business Insider reported. In a press conference on Oct. 18, Jay Greenberg, special agent in charge of the St. Louis FBI office, said any company that hired freelance IT workers “more than likely” hired someone taking part in this scheme.
