DecisionPathHR named Marvin Snow as CFO, effective Oct. 1, 2015. Snow’s role is a new position within the firm.

DecisionPathHR, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, provides staffing for the admin/clerical, professional, IT, accounting/finance and light Industrial sectors.

Snow brings 13 years of finance experience to DecisionPathHR. She most recently was controller of a staffing, placement and payrolling company that specialized in engineering services. Over the past eight years, she helped grow the prior organization from $15 million to $35 million and was instrumental in securing financing, negotiating insurance contracts and bringing online a back office finance solution. 

DecisionPathHR reports annual revenue of $21 million and operates four locations: Charlotte, Concord and Kannapolis, NC; and Miami.

Snow is based in Charlotte.
