Fortune Personnel Consultants, an executive recruitment franchisor headquartered in New York City, promoted Jeff Herzog to president from executive VP. His father, Ron Herzog, previously served as president and CEO and remains with the company in the CEO role.

Herzog joined FPC in 2007 when he opened his own recruiting office, FPC of New York City. In 2012, in addition to managing his recruiting operation, Herzog was named executive VP and chief development officer for FPC. Prior to joining FPC, he held senior-level sales and business development roles with Tribune Corp., Careerbuilder.com and Update Legal Staffing.
