Pinstripe Healthcare, a division of human resources and recruitment process outsourcing specialist Pinstripe Inc., has hired Mark Tippery to serve as director of client services. Reporting directly to Executive Vice President Erin Lange, Tippery is responsible for fulfilling and expanding client relationships.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, appointed Amy Healey as the firm’s new director of sales operations. Healey will be tasked with sales operations and training and building the firm's internal recruiting efforts. Healey comes to Lucas Group from Hobson Associates, where she was a partner and director of training.

EmploymentGroup, a staffing and outsourced services firm, announced several promotions. Lisa Westbrook has assumed the role of customer service manager for the I-94 (Michigan) corridor (Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Marshall) while maintaining her oversight of the firm’s risk management operations. Diana Barney has been promoted to operations specialist, which includes responsibility for the management of the firm’s StaffSuite recruiting database. Julie Wolf has been promoted to customer service manager for the Lansing, Mich., region, with responsibility for both the Lansing and Howell offices

Spencer Stuart, an executive search firm, announced Erik Wordelman has joined the firm’s Minneapolis/St. Paul office as a consultant in its medical technology practice. Wordelman has nearly 20 years of combined executive search and industry experience in the medical technology sector.
