Staffing firm NES Global Talent acquired Redbock LLC, a talent provider to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices industries. The transaction is aimed at bolstering the life science capabilities of NES.

RedBock, headquartered in Cupertino, Calif., provides contingent staffing, in-sourced project teams and project management.

NES has a global network of more than 45 offices in 28 countries. It also has regional centers in Manchester, UK; Dubai; Singapore; Perth, Australia; and Houston.

The company provides staffing to the oil and gas, power, life sciences, construction, manufacturing, mining, chemical and IT sectors.
