Remote work is leading to “productivity paranoia,” according to research from Microsoft, MarketWatch reported. The software giant found only 12% of managers say they are fully confident about their team’s productivity, while 87% of workers say they are productive working from home. That divide is a factor helping foment productivity paranoia and risks making hybrid work unsustainable.
