Microsoft Corp. is converting a group of temporary workers into unionized employees, Bloomberg reported. The group includes 77 contract staff members previously employed by TCWGlobal. Plans call for 23 to get permanent, full-time jobs, while others will get a raise and continue as temporary workers employed by Microsoft itself.
