ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN) added Donald Mondano as senior VP, global controller and treasurer, effective Aug. 20, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mondano succeeds executive VP and CFO John McGinnis as ManpowerGroup’s principal accounting officer for purposes of applicable forms and regulations of the SEC; McGinnis, who joined the company as CFO in 2016, will remain the principal financial officer for those responsibilities.

Mondano most recently was VP – principal accounting officer and corporate controller at Kellogg Co. from March 2016 to August 2018. Prior to Kellogg, he was the VP - finance and corporate controller at The Manitowoc Co. from July 2012 to March 2016. Mondano also worked in various roles of increasing responsibility at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in international and domestic offices from March 2000 to June 2012.
