Managed service provider Geometric Results Inc. named former Allegis Group executive Salema Rice as its new chief data officer and David Cooper as VP of global sales. Cooper formerly worked with Beeline and IQNavigator.

Rice spent nearly 20 years as a data management consultant with Allegis Group, becoming the company’s global chief data and analytics officer in 2015. She previously was a long-term data management advisor for BMW, Ally Bank and TIAA-CREF. 

Cooper has managed the MSP and consulting divisions for Beeline and IQNavigator, as well as the sales divisions at IQN and Guidant. Most recently, he spent more than two years at technology startup Genesys, a talent cloud technologies provider and a GRI technology partner.

Geometric Results is based in Detroit.
