Lyneer Staffing Solutions acquired Anchor Staffing Inc., a Hanover, Maryland-based commercial and IT staffing provider. Terms of the transaction were not announced.

Anchor Staffing was founded in 2005. It has offices in Baltimore and south-central Pennsylvania.

Lyneer Staffing Solution LLC has more than 100 office nationwide; it’s based in Ewing Township, New Jersey. The company ranks on Staffing Industry Analysts’ List of Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms.
