Long-running civil case between staffing agencies settles, but disputes remain (magicvalley.com)

November 20, 2017

A judge recently issued a decision in a case involving three Twin Falls, Idaho, staffing agencies embroiled in a years-long dispute over a noncompete agreement, magicvalley.com reported. The ruling this month temporarily resolved a case involving multiple claims made by Tom Welstad of Twin Falls Staffing (also known as Gem State Staffing), Derrick Hope of Extreme Staffing of Idaho and Joseph Visser of Tradesmen Staffing. A judge ordered Visser to pay Welstad nearly $11,000 in wages but dismissed other claims against Visser. However, active and pending criminal cases and continuing disputes remain between the agencies.
