Listo Global, an employer-of-record services provider, acquired Magellan AI, a Miami-based firm that provides a marketplace for vendors to HR as well as a service that matches HR vendors with companies.

Magellan AI was formerly Hollyn Growth Advisors.

“By integrating Magellan AI's resources, Listo Global will expand its suite of services, positioning itself at the forefront of the global HR tech landscape,” Freddie Ashby, Listo Global co-founder and CEO, said in a press statement.

Founded in 2021, Magellan AI provides organizations with artificial intelligence-driven human resource solutions. The acquisition calls for Pierce Brehm, Magellan AI’s founder, to join Listo Global as VP of partnerships.

Listo Global announced $1.7 million in pre-seed funding from a group of angel investors in February. The company was founded in 2022 by Ashby and Tyler Dixon.

Terms of the acquisition were not announced.
