HCMC Legal Inc., the second-largest legal staffing provider in the US, named Charles Nelson as CFO. It also announced Andreana Nelson will serve as VP of sales for its Hire Counsel business and Nick Radoicic will be managing director of operations for Hire Counsel. New York-based HCMC is the parent company of Hire Counsel and Mestel & Company.

Charles Nelson replaces former CFO Edward Imparato, who is no longer with the firm. Charles Nelson most recently served as CFO of Chicago Skyway Concession Company LLC; he has also held senior management roles in various industries including infrastructure, human resources outsourcing solutions, insurance and asset-based lending.

As VP of sales, Andreana Nelson oversees the strategic initiatives and sales activity of Hire Counsel’s national sales team. Most recently, she managed and grew a multimillion dollar territory as national sales manager at LexisNexis.

Radoicic will oversee the specialized project attorney recruiting team. Radoicic most recently was a national account manager at Shiftgig.
