Legal services firm Array acquired Litigation Solutions Inc., a Denver-based firm providing services to law firms such as eDiscovery, trial and deposition support and document scanning.

The move aims to expand Array’s footprint into the Mountain West. The company said the acquisition of LSi will bolster its own menu of services, which include managed review, traditional discovery, court reporting, contract legal staffing, and record retrieval and subpoena support.

The deal was announced on Dec. 7.

“Litigation Solutions gives Array a talented team that will help us continue our company’s growth and succeed in our mission to serve our customers with the highest level of detail and care,” Array CEO Thadd Hale said in a press release. “As we get to know Litigation Solutions’ clients, I am confident they’ll see the difference the Array Advantage brings to litigation support.”

Array is based in the Austin, Texas, area.
