Lexitas, a provider of services to law firms including legal staffing, announced today it acquired Imber Court Reporters, a firm based in Valencia, California.

Imber Court Reporters specializes in workers’ compensation matters and serves law firms, third-party administrators, insurance companies and corporations across California. The company provides court reports and is one of the largest workers’ compensation-related court reporting firms in California, according to Lexitas.

Imber Court Reporters was led by President and CEO Heather Imber.

“Heather and the Imber team are a perfect fit with the Lexitas culture and will play a critical part in the success of Lexitas’ growth,” Lexitas CEO Gary Buckland said.
