Legal search firm Johnson Downie has merged with legal search provider Lippman Jungers, the firms announced March 7.

Sabina Lippman and Mark Jungers, the co-founders of Lippman Jungers, will lead the combined firm along with Clint Johnson, the founder of Johnson Downie.

Johnson Downie began in 2008 and was focused on the Texas market prior to the merger. Lippman Jungers began in 2011 and has recruiting networks in New York, California and other major cities.

Combined, the firms have nearly 20 recruiters.

The two have already integrated their operations and will announce the new name for the combined operations later this year.
