ABC News reported the Council on American-Islamic Relations filed a lawsuit last week against Atlanta-based UPS and Edina, Minn.-based PEO Doherty Employer Services on behalf of two Muslim employees who said they were fired after their right to observe mandatory prayers during work hours was taken away.
