A total of 26 firms generated at least $50 million in US office/clerical temporary staffing revenue in 2021, according to Staffing Industry Analysts’ recently released “Largest Office/Clerical Staffing Firms in the US: 2022 Update” report.

Added together, these firms generated $8.0 billion in office/clerical temporary staffing revenue and accounted for 47% of the market share, by SIA’s estimates.

Aston Carter (Allegis Group) ranked as the largest firm on the list with $1.34 billion in revenue.

The list’s five largest firms garnered 26% of the market share in 2021.

The market share of the top five and top 10 firms has remained unchanged since 2018.

Seven firms are included in this year’s ranking that did not appear in last year’s report: 22nd Century Technologies, Addison Group, Digital Intelligence Systems (Disys), PeopleShare, Pinnacle Group, Tandym Group and TRC Staffing Services.

The report did not include the prior year’s revenue estimates as transparency and availability of information from staffing companies varies from one year to the next and the 2021 estimates may not be comparable to those of previous years in all cases.
