LandrumHR, a Pensacola, Fla.-based PEO and staffing provider, named David McCullough as its new chief technology officer, effective June 1. While the firm had a CTO in the past, it has operated without one for several years.

McCullough has extensive experience in the HRIS/payroll technology space as both a solutions provider and within staffing and PEO businesses, where he held several executive-level positions. His focus within the technology space has included operations, C-level sales, employee relations, business process improvement, and revenue stream cultivation. McCullough has also served on the boards of several technology and service organizations.

“David has extensive experience in the technology and service sectors with particular emphasis on the areas of strategic development, process improvement, implementation, client relationship management and market development,” said LandrumHR President Britt Landrum III. “We are very happy to have been able to attract him to our company.”
