Kyyba Inc., a staff augmentation, application software and project solutions services firm, purchased the staffing contracts of ASG Renaissance, a professional services firm based in Dearborn, Mich. The deal expands Kyyba’s automotive client base and adds staff from ASG Renaissance.

The transaction closed Dec. 23; terms were not disclosed.

About 150 internal and external staff will join Kyyba from ASG Renaissance, bringing Kyyba’s employee count to 700 globally.

“The purchase of ASG’s staffing contracts strengthens our core capabilities in engineering and IT while expanding the automotive footprint,” said Kyyba President and CEO Thiru Ganesan. “We are excited to start 2017 with the addition of marquee clients and employees and look forward to more growth with strong presence in the market place.”

ASG Renaissance decided to sell its staffing contracts due to the retirement of co-founder, Greg Rouke. The company will continue to provide marketing and consulting services to existing customers.

Kyyba, headquartered in Farmington Hills, Mich., has $50 million in annual revenue and counts four locations in the US, three in India and one in Canada. Targeted sectors of industry verticals ranging from automotive, insurance, technology, financial, transportation, government and more.
