Korn Ferry appoints chief commercial officer

June 12, 2017

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) named Frank Giampietro as senior client partner and chief commercial officer. He will be based in the Philadelphia office and join the Korn Ferry Hay Group global leadership team.

Giampietro’s background includes mergers and acquisitions, change management and business leadership. He most recently was managing director, group exchanges, at Willis Towers Watson, where he led the integration of multiple acquisitions into an integrated healthcare exchange and administration business, creating a new brand.

Prior to this role, he led the Philadelphia market for Towers Watson for six years, where he provided strategic commercial leadership. Giampietro also held multiple roles with Towers Perrin, including change management group leader, global mergers and acquisitions leader, and overall client relationship manager for many marquee accounts.

“Frank brings a wealth of commercial expertise to our firm and is an excellent addition to our team,” said Korn Ferry Hay Group CEO Mark Arian. “His deep knowledge and expertise in business leadership, M&A and change management will be an accelerator for the firm as we expand our offerings to better serve clients.”

Korn Ferry in March announced other leadership changes in three areas of the business: Hay Group, Asia Pacific and global productized services.
