Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) named leaders for its RPO operations and its digital solution segment. The Los Angeles-based provider of executive search and other services appointed Jeanne MacDonald as CEO, recruitment process outsourcing, and Mathias Herzog as leader of digital solutions.

“Jeanne and Mathias are proven executives, and we are thrilled to have people of their caliber lead these offerings,” Korn Ferry CEO Gary Burnison said in a press release.

MacDonald joined the company in 1998 and most recently served as president, global RPO solutions, where she oversaw the RPO business. She has worked in a variety of roles at Korn Ferry, including senior recruiter and business development director for North America.

Herzog joined Korn Ferry earlier this year and currently serves as president of the global technology, communications, media and professional services practice. Prior to Korn Ferry, Herzog held executive positions at Salesforce and Automation Anywhere. He was also a partner at multiple consulting firms.
