The chief talent officer at professional staffing firm Kforce Inc. (NASD: KFRC), Peter Alonso, resigned after the company changed its severance policy for executive employment agreements, the Tampa Bay Business Journal reports. The executive, Alonso had worked at Kforce since 1985.
