Job.com acquires New Jersey-based staffing agency

July 26, 2022

Job board firm Job.com acquired PrincetonOne, a staffing provider based in Hillsborough, New Jersey.

PrincetonOne will bring more than 130 employees to Job.com, increasing the total full-time core employees to more than 300. The combined company aims to reach more clients through Job.com’s proprietary technology, AI and data-driven solutions.

“PrincetonOne brings significant value to the market and our portfolio, and we are delighted to join forces,” Job.com co-founder and CEO Paul Sloyan said. “We’re looking forward to the opportunity to transform talent acquisition with PrincetonOne and our portfolio and moving toward modernization by applying our technology and augmenting the hiring process.”

Founded in 2002 by Dave Campeas, PrincetonOne has four divisions: recruitment process outsourcing, professional search, executive search and contract staffing.

In addition to PrincetonOne, Job.com has made several acquisitions recently, including healthcare staffing firm QCI Healthcare in December 2021; Fortus Group and Endevis in August 2021; blockchain startup Talenting in February 2021; and HireVergence, in August 2020. Job.com plans to acquire more staffing and recruitment firms in North America throughout 2022.
