Beyond.com, an operator of a network of online job boards, rebranded to the moniker Nexxt. The change reflects its evolution over the past 20 years, according to the company.

“With Nexxt’s innovative suite of products and services, recruiters can take a more proactive approach to hiring,” said founder and CEO Rich Milgram. “It’s time to recruit like a marketer, and that starts with building diverse campaigns that reach the right people, in the right places, at the right times.”

Research released by Staffing Industry Analysts last year reported that Beyond.com was a network of more than 15,000 niche jobs sites. They include such sites as FinancialJobBank and Houston Jobsite. Beyond.com was also ranked as the 22^nd-largest job board operator in the world based on 2015 revenue.

Nexxt is based in King of Prussia, Pa.
