Job Mobz, a provider of recruitment process outsourcing, acquired Golden Hive, the RPO division of Human Bees, a Sacramento, California-based recruitment company. Job Mobz aims to increase its footprint with the deal.

“This acquisition marks a new era of growth and innovation for Job Mobz,” the company’s founder and CEO, Jesse Tinsley, said in a press release. “Their addition to our team is a strategic step towards enhancing our global footprint and continuing our success story in providing top-tier RPO services. It’s an exciting time for the future of both companies.”

As part of the acquisition, Golden Hive President Kelly Gutilla will join Job Mobz as president of the Golden Hive division. Gutilla’s experience includes roles at Aerotek and Verily Life Science.

Founded in 2012, Human Bees launched Golden Hive in 2022. The company focuses on placing engineers, IT professionals, manufacturing personnel and admin/professional support.
