Iowa lawmakers have advanced a bill that would add regulations on healthcare staffing firms, Iowa Public Radio reported. The bill passed the House Health and Human Services subcommittee on Feb. 1. It would require staffing firms to register with the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services and add requirements such as a wage cap for temporary workers.
