Insight Global, the second-largest IT staffing firm in the US, appointed Chi Nguyen as chief financial officer effective Oct. 16.

Nguyen succeeds Michael Lewis, who recently retired following a 15-year tenure at the company.

Nguyen has more than 27 years of finance experience, including 11 years as a CFO. She most recently served as senior operating executive and advisor for Cerberus Operations & Advisory Co. Prior to that, she was CFO at Employbridge.

Nguyen also sits on the advisory board of Sacred Cow Co., a consulting firm offering behavioral science-based business solutions.

“We couldn’t be more excited to have Chi join us as our CFO,” Insight Global CEO Bert Bean said in a press release. “Team fit was important to us in filling this role. Her ability to partner, connect and push our teams will be huge for the growth of Insight Global.”

Nguyen will report to Bean and oversee the financial aspects of Insight Global, such as accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, investor relations, internal audit and treasury.

Chi Nguyen
