Infosys to delist from Paris and London stock exchanges July 4

June 11, 2018

Infosys (NYSE: INFY), a global IT services and outsourcing provider, today announced Euronext Paris SA and Euronext London Limited approved the voluntary delisting of its American Depositary Shares from the stock exchanges. The delisting procedure allows Infosys American Depositary Shares listed on the Euronext Paris and Euronext London exchanges to be sold on the New York Stock Exchange.

The last day of trading of Infosys ADSs on Euronext Paris and Euronext London will be July 4, and the company will delist July 4; Infosys ADSs will be removed from the operations of Euroclear France July 10.

Infosys ADS will continue to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “INFY” and investors can continue to trade their ADSs on this exchange.

The company stated the primary reason for this delisting is the low average daily trading volume of Infosys ADSs on Euronext Paris and Euronext London, which is not commensurate with the related administrative requirements. During the five-year period of the listing on Euronext Paris and Euronext London, the average daily trading volume of Infosys ADSs was significantly lower than its average daily trading volume on the New York Stock Exchange.

Infosys first announced the move in March.
