Industrial staffing firm TransForce acquires Drive360 Logistics

January 08, 2019

TransForce Inc., a nationwide truck-driver staffing firm headquartered in Alexandria, Va., acquired Drive360 Logistics, a transportation recruitment firm targeting truck drivers and diesel mechanics.

“Drive360 Logistics adds a key recruiting capability for our customers as a direct hire program across the US,” TransForce President and CEO David Broome said.

Drive360 Logistics operates in the US and Canada from offices located in Windermere, Fla., and Toronto. Additional logistics placements include trailer mechanics, tire mechanics, road service technicians, warehouse management, service writers, sales representatives, parts managers, parts counter personnel, store managers and logistics administrators.

Craig Ferguson and Rich Holland will continue to manage Drive360 Logistics and operate the business line for TransForce.

Drive360 Logistics is TransForce’s 12th acquisition since 2013; it follows last month’s acquisition of regional staffing agency Hire Edge Logistics Personnel.
