Impellam Group named Patrick Stedman to the newly created role of senior VP of SRG in North America effective March 11. SRG is the global staffing firm’s engineering and science brand. 

Impellam Group and HeadFirst Group officially joined together this month in a transaction that values the issued share capital of Impellam at approximately $614.9 million. No changes to branding are planned.

Stedman brings 17 years of experience in the staffing and talent management industry, focusing on life sciences, clinical research and IT verticals. He joins SRG from Piper Companies, where he was the director of operations for the North Carolina and Maryland markets.  

Reporting to Division President Ryan McMahon, Stedman will be responsible for the strategic development and operational excellence of SRG’s North American business. He will play a pivotal role in the STEM senior leadership team and collaborate with other Impellam Group brands, including Bartech Staffing, Guidant Global and Lorien.
