Imagine Staffing, a Buffalo, New York-based staffing provider, acquired Mary Kraft HR, a staffing provider based in Baltimore, Maryland.

“The addition of Mary Kraft HR is a major milestone in Imagine Staffing’s strategic process to further scale and grow nationwide through impactful acquisitions,” said Brian Manley, president of Imaging Staffing. “We have a strong commitment to growth and plan to achieve those ambitions through a very intentional process for strategic acquisitions nationally.”

Founded in 1989, Mary Kraft HR has employees in more than 15 states and a service delivery office in Duluth, Minnesota, serving Midwest clients.

The acquisition adds long-standing clients to Imagine Staffing’s roster and bolsters its presence in the Mid-Atlantic region. The entity will be rebranding itself as The Imagine Group, with brands of Imagine Staffing, CryptoPeople, Imagine-360, and Mary Kraft HR.

The terms of the transaction, which was finalized on April 1, were not announced.
