Today, ePlus Inc. announced it acquired assets of IT services firm Innovative Technology Systems and Solutions Inc., which does business as ABS Technology.

The deal closed Friday; terms of the transaction were not announced.

“Adding the ABS team to the ePlus roster complements our capabilities and puts us in a position to more effectively deliver innovative, customized technology solutions and certified expertise in the mid-Atlantic region,” ePlus CEO and President Mark Marron said.

ABS is based in Virginia Beach, Virginia and provides IT solutions in managed services, networking, collaboration and security.

EPlus provides IT services as well as staffing; it’s based in Herndon, Virginia.
