IT services and outsourcing providers are helping IT employees upgrade their skills, Moneycontrol News reports. The National Association of Software and Services Companies, in partnership with Boston Consulting Group, joined with 20 member companies — including Infosys, Wipro, Mindtree, Accenture, Genpact, Google, Quatrro BPO, Cognizant, NIIT, and ITC Infotech, among others — to train up to 2 million existing and new workers in next five years.
