BusinessDen.com reported John Raeder, who started VMS provider IQNavigator, is expanding TalentReef, a provider of software that helps restaurants, hotels and other service industries recruit and train employees. TalentReef plans to double its Denver workforce to 400 employees in three years as part of its expansion. Raeder sold IQNavigator in 2008 for $143 million and purchased TalentReef with the proceeds. IQN and Beeline have since been merged into one company.
