DoorDash announced Prabir Adarkar will join the human cloud, on-demand food delivery company in August as CFO. Adarkar most recently led the global finance team at Uber Technologies Inc. and served on its executive leadership team.

In addition to his experience at Uber, Adarkar led M&A transactions at Goldman Sachs and worked in strategy consulting at McKinsey & Co.

Adarkar will report to DoorDash CEO Tony Xu and join the management team.
