Hudson RPO, a recruitment process outsourcing provider that is part Hudson Global Inc. (NASDAQ: HSON), acquired Executive Solutions, a Dubai-based company that provides recruitment outsourcing and staffing.

The acquisition, expected to close later in March, aims to expand Hudson RPO’s footprint in the United Arab Emirates market.

“The team at Executive Solutions is well known in the region for providing outstanding results for companies that see a competitive advantage in broadening their presence in the Middle East,” Hudson RPO Global CEO Jacob Zabkowicz said in a press release.

“This acquisition will give our clients across the globe confidence that we can find and place the best talent in UAE and the Middle East region for their strategic business needs,” Zabkowicz said.

Plans call for Hudson to integrate the leadership team within its broader existing EMEA management team. James Watfa, founder and CEO of Executive Solutions, will have the title of VP, client services. Plans also call for Executive Solutions to rebrand as Executive Solutions: A Hudson RPO company following the completion of the acquisition.

"The acquisition of Executive Solutions further expands our global footprint and client base and brings significant value to our shareholders,” Hudson Global CEO Jeff Eberwein said in a press release. “We are excited to expand our footprint in the Middle East market and participate in the significant growth opportunities this region has to offer as we continue to execute our strategy of global expansion through organic and inorganic growth.”

Executive Solutions, founded in 2008, specializes in direct talent, tailored talent and HR talent solutions, along with nationalization initiatives throughout the Middle East.

The is considered a small acquisition under $1 million in revenue, according to a company representative.
