Hiring across the US was up 19.3% year over year in March, according to LinkedIn’s April Workforce Report. Hiring increased 3.1% from February, seasonally adjusted. Over the past year, hiring growth in Houston, Phoenix, Dallas-Ft. Worth, and Cleveland-Akron surpassed the national average and blew past hiring growth rates in coastal cities like New York City, Seattle and San Francisco.
