Hire Dynamics, an Atlanta-based commercial staffing provider, acquired Nashville, Tenn.-based Search Group Solutions, effective Oct. 17. The acquisition will bring 20 additional clients and increased reach to Hire Dynamics. 

Search Group Solutions has capabilities in contact center and administrative positions in the healthcare channel; it complements Hire Dynamics’ existing business in Nashville in the warehousing and e-commerce space, according to the company.

Search Group was owned by David Bartholomew via Bond Street Group. Bartholomew is president and CEO of Shearwater Health (previously known as HCCA Health Connections Inc. and HCCA International). Bartholomew will retain equity in the business and has committed to helping Hire Dynamics grow in Nashville.

Terms of the transaction were not announced. Search Group Solutions – which has clients in the healthcare, health insurance, financial services, nonprofit, and government services sectors –  will rebrand as Hire Dynamics.

“We are very excited about having the Search Group Solutions team join our Nashville business,” said Hire Dynamics CEO Larry Feinstein. “The companies both provide support for contact centers and administrative positions and Search Group Solutions’ client base will complement our fast-growing Nashville commercial business.”

Earlier this month, Hire Dynamics, also announced that it acquired Charlotte, NC-based StaffMasters, a commercial staffing provider with 23 branches and eight on-site locations across North Carolina and South Carolina.

Hire Dynamics has operations throughout the Southeast and now more than 1,500 clients. It is owned by Atlanta-based MSouth Venture Partners.
