Executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc.’s (NASD: HSII) principal accounting officer, Karen Pepping, tendered her resignation on July 7, according to a filing today with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Her resignation takes effect today, and her departure is not due to a dispute or disagreement with the company, according to the filing.

The company today appointed Stephen Bondi as interim principal accounting officer. He currently serves as VP of tax and accounting. Bondi joined Heidrick & Struggles in March 2011 as director of worldwide tax and was appointed to his current role of VP of tax and accounting in January 2015.
