Hamilton-Ryker, a Martin, Tennessee-based staffing firm, acquired Time Staffing, a staffing provider serving Northwest Ohio. The deal will add 12 offices to Hamilton-Ryker, bringing its total number of offices to 40.

“For the past 50 years, we have always focused on delivering beneficial employment services and opportunities to the small-town communities in which we operate, and Time Staffing shares in that mentality,” Hamilton-Ryker CEO Kelly McCreight said.

Plans call for the continued use of the Time Staffing brand in Ohio and Michigan.

Time Staffing was founded in 1992 by Jeff Doepker.

Hamilton-Ryker provides industrial, administrative and IT staffing.
