HCMC Legal Inc., the parent company of Mestel & Company and Hire Counsel, hired Joan Davison as president, CEO and board member. Mestel & Co. and Hire Counsel are national legal placement and temporary attorney staffing and review management firms. Lynn Mestel, founder of both companies, will remain as chairman of the board of directors.

Davison has 28 years of relevant experience, including serving as president and chief operating officer of TrueBlue Inc.’s (NYSE: TBI) Staff Management|SMX company and CEO of Focus Logistics Transportation, an international freight delivery company. She also led the overall operations for Forward Mobility Relocation Services, a national relocation consulting firm. She was named to the Staffing 100 list of most influential people in the staffing industry in 2012 and 2013 and the Global Power 100 — Women in Staffing list in 2015.
