Glider AI, a Cupertino, California-based hiring solutions provider with skills assessment at the cornerstone of its platform, announced it secured $10 million in series A funding from Primera Capital and other industry investors.

“Companies realize employee skills are central to their business strategy, not just hiring,” said Satish Kumar, CEO of Glider AI. “The need to validate candidate skill and integrity is more critical than ever in a remote-friendly and hybrid world.”

Founded in 2020, Glider AI serves global enterprises and staffing firms.

The company noted it will use the funds to continue its expansion in contingent programs and permanent hiring, furthering the development of proprietary technology and growing its global team.
