Generative AI will augment work and could add more opportunities to the job market rather than tank it, Gali Arnon, chief marketing officer at talent platform Fiverr International Ltd., told ZDNet in an interview. Arnon pointed out that contrary to some fears, AI will actually accelerate the pace of job creation, augment work and accelerate startup opportunities. Arnon said that while generative artificial intelligence is smart, it can’t dominate the economy as its capabilities are narrow and limited to specific tasks.
